I love inspired events; weddings that tell your story, baby celebrations with a history, bridal showers with flair. In the 14 years that I have helped design and create for family and friends, I have learned that it's the personal touches that lend the "wow" and beauty to a memory. That is what we do together, you and I. We build the backdrop for your reflections years down the road, so helping you achieve your dream for your event is my honor.

When it comes to events, the background you construct sets the mood and enhances every aspect of your shower, ceremony and reception, or anniversary celebration from guests' enjoyment to your wedding cake and photography. Whether you don't know where to begin, don't have the time and help for DIY, or have pinned and planned to perfection, I love to serve and can offer you my experience to help either a little or a lot. 

We will get to know each other during the process of your planning, but here's a few things about me that I'd like for you to know. I work out of my home at the foot of Pilot Mountain, NC.  I am professional, but not pretentious. I am just as comfortable sitting in the floor discussing centerpieces with you as I am in a a formal environment. I am very resourceful, and love to find out what you "already have". It might actually surprise you. I love re-purposing items in unusual ways, or up-cycling found objects into beautiful and functional event pieces. I do not cater, but I can style buffet tables for families blessed with great cooks. I prefer outside-the-box to "commercial" and adore the unusual. I will go out of my way to create something beautiful for you. If I don't know, I will say I don't, and we'll find out together.
